Candidate for U.S. Senate William Tong Welcomes Congressman Murphy to Debate Series

Stamford, CT — Candidate for U.S. Senate William Tong’s campaign said today it is pleased that Chris Murphy has agreed to its request for multiple debates, consenting to eight debates, four of them before the May nominating convention.

“We are very pleased that Congressman Murphy has finally answered our call for multiple debates,” Campaign Manager Marc Bradley said. “These forums will enable voters to fully and fairly assess each candidate.
